If you breed a liger - that is, you artificially inseminate a female tiger with a male lion's raw organic material - it is not a tragedy if that liger kills you. Additionally, your estate must cover the ambulatory costs if you "entered the big cat's enclosure... while it was feeding."
National Geographic notes there may be a one in eight chance that your liger will have "some kind of neurological disorder" - meaning that your curiosity creates a di-carnivorous beast with supermurderphrenia. But hey, that's only a possible one in eight. The only odds guaranteed are the seven in eight odds that you've made a twelve-feet long combo-predator with no sense of self. And if you didn't enjoy a little sweat on your brow from gambling with the fabric of civilization, you probably wouldn't have cited Dr. Frankenstein in your dissertation.

I'm gonna have to agree with you on that one. Wholeheartedly.
